CONFIRMATION

Congrats on wanting to be confirmed! Confirmation is a two-year process for all students who have received Baptism, First Communion and First Reconciliation.  Our hope and desire for our students is to encounter Jesus, students can learn more about their faith and the Church’s teachings. Please see calendars and Confirmation requirements for dates and times below.

Funerals & Anointing of the Sick

ANOINTING OF THE SICK

The Catechism of the Catholic Church defines the purpose of the sacrament as “the conferral of a special grace on the Christian experiencing the difficulties inherent in the condition of grave illness or old age.” (Catechism, 1527)

Reception of this sacrament can be arranged by calling the church office at 903-893-5148.

FUNERALS

 At St. Mary’s, we offer prayers both for those who have died and for the grieving family and friends. In addition, we provide a full range of vigil and funeral services, including Mass at the church, and graveside services prior to interment.
